Emily Bastian Native Fish Coalition

Bob Mallard Emily Bastian Native Fish Coalition

Episode Summary

The Native Fish Coalition is a 501(c)(3), non-profit fish conservation organization focusing on the preservation of native fish in the eastern half of the United States. They have both a national board and state chapters.

The current state chapters include Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and West Virginia.

I was honored to be asked to serve on their National Advisory council.  I believe strongly in the preserving native fish.  In this episode we talk with Bob Mallard and Emily Bastian about the importance of these efforts and some of the initiatives they are working on.  There is a ton of great information here and I think you will enjoy it.
