HISTORIC FLOODS Have Devastated Communities Along The Yellowstone River in Montana

Tight Loops Media captures scenes from from Paradise Valley, MT, where historic flood waters have devastated many communities along the Yellowstone River and adjacent counties.

Due to heavy rain and rapid snowmelt in the Yellowstone National Park area, dramatic flooding has been occurring that may forever alter the the national park’s terrain. These historic floodwaters that are moving through Yellowstone have torn out bridges and destroyed nearby homes and communities, pushing this popular fishing river off course. The rivers flooding may permanently change the areas that roadways currently sit, many of which have been torn away by cascades of water.
