Ted Williams – Author & Conservationist – Native Fish Coalition

Ted Williams Native Fish Coalition

Ted Williams The Native Fish Coalition

Episode Summary

Ted Williams, the conservationist, not to be confused with the former, now frozen, baseball player, is our guest on this week’s podcast.  Both the former and the later “Ted” are and were passionate about fly fishing.  In our chat we talk about the relationship the two Teds had.

We also cover the fish and wildlife issues Ted wrote about in national publications including The Nature Conservancy, Fly Rod & Reel and Audubon magazine.  Ted has three books out: Wild Moments, The Insightful Sportsman and Something’s Fishy.  He sits on the Circle of Chiefs of the Outdoor Writers Association of America and is the National Chair of the Native Fish Coalition.
