Great news! After devastating flooding swept the area, Yellowstone National Park is now open to tourists and anglers alike.
Yellowstone National Park is open at the EAST ENTRANCE near Cody, Wyoming, the SOUTH ENTRANCE near Jackson, Wyoming and the WEST ENTRANCE near West Yellowstone, Montana. A majority of the park is accessible to visitors, including Yellowstone’s south loop, which features Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic, Hayden Valley and Yellowstone Lake.
Yellowstone National Park would like to remind you to travel responsibly
High Fire Danger: Wyoming is expected to have an unseasonably hot, dry summer and fall. Wyoming’s public lands have rated fire danger as moderately high and may have fire restrictions put in place to ensure public safety and protect natural resources. Be sure to research any fire restrictions in your area and follow any requirements put into place.
It’s great to know that majority of the park is now accessible to tourists such as Yellowstone’s south loop where the Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic, Hayden Valley, and the lake are located. I guess we can finally book a Yellowstone day tour for my friends and I this coming October. It’s a great way to spend the long weekend we will have when all of us filed our leaves. It will definitely be a fun way to get together again after not seeing each other for a year.
